Enabling Work Order Report Options

The Labor - Work Orders feature allows you to select options for printing assigned hours and sublet line items on the Work Order report. This feature is available for Users who have Repair Workflow.

To enable Work Order report options

  1. Select Configure Profiles from the menu bar.
  2. Select your repair facility profile, and the click Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Labor - Work Orders link under Repair Management.
  4. Select the Yes or No option under Include assigned hours on the work order? option.
  5. Select the Yes or No option under Include sublet lines on the work order? option.
  6. Select the Hours or Units option under Display labor for flat rate/commission technicians as hours or units in the printed work order, worksheet, and paysheet?.
  7. Select Save or Save and Close.
